Horse-handling Participants - Event
This is the surcharge for people handling horses in any way at your event/clinic etc.
Service Description
Once you have a final number of horse-handling participants, please add this surcharge to your total cost of the arena rental. This is for your entire event, whether it is a half day, or 3 days. We do not charge extra for people using the arena, such as auditors, or tack sale vendors or buyers, sideline volunteers and so on. But if there are people riding, driving, doing ground work, or in any way touching or handling horses, we do have a surcharge that helps us pay for that extra insurance.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. After that 50% refund up to 14 days before check-in. No refund after that.
